Our booking Process
1. Once your appointment is booked and paid if full you will receive a patient registration form via email, which you will need to send back BEFORE your appointment to ensure things run efficiently on the day.
2. Full payment for the consultation is expected on
the day for reviews and injections.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, will incur the full consultation fee. Payment is required at the time of booking.
